About the artist

Baiardi Carlo Fabrizio

Italy

Carlo Fabrizio Baiardi is an urban abstract painter and designer whose artistic path began in 1996 with graffiti writing, an experience that still informs his visual language. He also studied Design, developing a professional background that merges with his artistic practice. His work blends abstraction, gesture, texture, and urban influences, balancing compositional control with the spontaneity of street culture.

Layers, marks, drips, and signs form a personal visual vocabulary shaped by experimentation and engagement with public space. In recent years he has focused mainly on canvas-based painting, collaborating with galleries, collectors, and contemporary art spaces.

Through international exchanges with artists, he has refined a language influenced by both local roots and global perspectives. His practice also includes large-scale murals and urban projects across various Italian cities.

Layered patterns and painterly gestures reinterpret urban wall traces, evoking suspended memory. The work explores abstraction and fragmented visual memory, where street-inspired codes and layers transform fleeting impressions into a complex composition that invites analytical viewing and continuous reinterpretation of the visual sign.
