1. Subject Matter These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of artworks and handcrafted sculptures through the website www.fpartonline.com, operated by FPART S.r.l.

 

2. Formation of Contract The sales contract is concluded upon order confirmation by FPART S.r.l. The customer will receive a confirmation email with a summary of the order.

 

3. Prices and Payment All prices are in Euros and include VAT where applicable. FPART S.r.l. reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Payment must be made at the time of ordering through the methods available on the website.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery Artworks are carefully packaged and shipped via a trusted carrier. Estimated delivery times are: Italy within 30 business days, EU within 45 business days, outside EU within 60 business days from order acceptance. Delays due to customs or international regulations are outside the control of FPART S.r.l.

 

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) Pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable national law, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an explicit communication to cinzia@fpartonline.com before the deadline expires. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase. Custom-made or personalised items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

 

6. Legal Guarantee All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity as provided by applicable consumer protection law.

 

7. Liability FPART S.r.l. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased products. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the order.

 

8. Dispute Resolution For any dispute relating to the contract, the competent court is that of Genova, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law. EU consumers may also access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

 

9. Governing Law This contract is governed by Italian law.
