About
With refinement and delicacy all her own, devoting her life to traditional Japanese arts, the geisha obtains her title. But she leads a life of renunciation and total devotion, she must constantly ensure that she never tarnishes her character. I wanted to use the canvas to reflect the hidden side and show an intimate moment. She is my Tomoko, she just cast off her kimono and her makeup and she is unrecognizable. The only thing that hasn’t changed is her mystery.

About the artist, Eclat De Nina
Born in Rome, Nina lives in Paris where she studies French and Compared Literature and Arts at Sorbonne University. After graduation, she creates her first firm La Cour Des Fèes for promoting cross-cultural exchanges and works for fifteen years in Paris for important Institutions as Musèe De Sceaux and international major events as Paris Fashion Week.
Nina doesn’t use paint per se. Rather, she draws on colours for composing poetry and rather than painting exclusively on canvas, her support is usual silk and this uncommon trait conveys Nina to the catwalk among the most famous Haut Couture fashion designers like Pierre Cardin with her unique works of Fashionable Art and to the Dubai Palm apartment with the works created for Harfnoon design studio of Nisrine El Lababidi.
Nina's Art has been exhibited in Nagasaki and Fukuoka museums, in Abu Dhabi Art Galleries, in Pinacoteca Museo Barbella in Chieti and is featured in private collections as Mr. Ferruccio Frigerio President S.O.S. Méditerranée organization and public collections as Enchanted Princess Ship of Holland American Group.
