Rolfi Claudio
Rolfi Claudio was born in Genoa in 1960. He went to the artistic high school in Turin, where he lived for a few years. He then moved to Mondovì, his father's hometown. From his initial works of art, we can undeniably note the great fascination that Italian art of the twentieth century has been able to exert on it. So much so that it evokes themes dear to the great masters such as Felice Casorati, Carlo Carrà, Giorgio de Chirico.
Over time his painting has developed through metaphysics and magical realism, to then transform itself today, after careful artistic research into an expressive form of very personal and extremely engaging synthetic realism, in which both views and peripheral areas prevail... of cities, bridges, rivers and industrial structures.
