Given the current situation, we would like to update you on the continuation of our work at Fp Art Online. You are still able to place orders and delivery times should be met.

 Our customer service team is available to answer all your questions about artworks and artists on our website. Additionally, we are available to assist you in the follow-up of your orders and ensuring a smooth delivery. 

We will, of course, keep you informed if there is the slightest change or delay in delivery due to restrictions that couriers are obliged to comply with.

If you’ve forgotten your password or you wish to change it, click here and then click "Forgot your password?". If you need any help in carrying out this action, you can contact us at info@fpartonline.com.

Click "Sign Up" above on the navigation bar.

Enter your first name, last name, email address and choose your personal password.

Click on "Create".

Congratulations! Your customer account has been created.

How does my wishlist work?

Your wishlist keeps track of the artworks that you are interested in by saving your ‘likes’.

To add a work to your wishlist, click on the little heart icon next to the art piece. This adds it to your favorite artworks list which is accessible via the heart icon on the top navigation bar.

Please note, adding an item to your wishlist does not mean that it has been reserved for you.

To remove an item from your wishlist, simply re-click on the small heart icon to undo it.

If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletter, next time you receive a communication from Fp Art Online, simply click "Unsubscribe from this list" at the bottom of the email.

You will be then unsubscribed from any of our future updates.

How can I delete my account?

If you have an order pending, we do not recommend that you delete your account, as you will lose all contact with the seller in charge of processing your order.  
In order to close your customer account, please contact info@fpartonline.com, and we will aim to process your request within a maximum of 48 hours.
Once your request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email of your account closure from our Customer Service team.

1. Sign up to create an account on Fp Art Online

2. Add the artwork you want to buy to your shopping cart

3. Click on “Checkout”

4. Fill in all the information about your shipping address

5. Select the shipping method available for your country, you can also add a discount code if you have one

6. Click "Continue to payment"

7. Fill in your payment details. If you would like your order to be billed using the same shipping address you have just provided, tick "Same as shipping address." On the contrary choose "Use a different billing address"

8. Click on "Review order"

9. Check all details are correct and then click "Pay now"

How do I get a discount code?

Only discount codes provided by Fp Art Online are valid. Any promotional or discount codes found online will not work. Discount codes cannot be requested, they are only given in specific circumstances.

Please check that all your information is correct. If the problem persists, contact your bank as it is most likely due to a spending limit on your credit card. However, if you’re still unsure, please feel free to contact our customer service team at info@fpartonline.com.

For some artworks, you could potentially negotiate the price. If the price of the work is negotiable, a “Price on asking” sign will be available above the “Get in touch” button, which you need to press in order to proceed with your price request.
